Hallo guys and gurls!
It's children day once again. Haha =)
My message to everyone:
It doesn't matter who you are or how old you are.
What matters is your heart.
If you feel like a child ever if you are 70, you are still a 'child'.
If you feel like an adult ever if you are 7, you may be a child but you are not a 'child'.
So on this special day, let your heart lead you and enjoy a fantastic colourful day TODAY!!
On this special day, i would like to reminisce what i used to do in my childhood day.
Most of my early primary school day, i would always have a routine; that's to go to the playground around 5 and play at the playground for at least an hour. My favourite is the swing when i would always try to swing as high as i could. At the very 1st time, i got to push by my maid cos i was to short to push myself off. At my time, the playground are those with sand so i would also spend most of the time making sandcastle.
In school, my favourite past time are hopscotch, five stone. Every recess, hopscotch is like a must for my recess after my meal or ever before; sometime there can so many people that you would have to wait for your turn to play.
In my late primary school, i am now more busier thanks to the education system in Singapore. So more classes, supplementary lesson and stuff. Now past time is catching, buying icicle to eat and going to nearby coffeeshop for meal and gossip.
That was when children day is suppose to be a past for me. However i never grew up. I will always do lame stuff and quite silly till now. One thing that i am a bit slow i guess. People grow out of soft toys when then grow up but i never grow out of it and ever love them more as i grow up.
As people my age spent most of their money on branded goods, i would rather spent them on expanding my soft toy collection. Many may say why are you wasting your money but to me they are like my friends and family. They will always be there for me when i am home. I am one who is quite picky with my soft toy. Every year i would get at least one soft toy from my friends but i never did loved it as much as those i bought myself. I guess it is the affinity when i saw them esp i choose them myself to join my family.
Last but nor least, i should end my post with HAPPY CHILDREN DAY!!
