This year i will be staying @ home and stoning while i watch the programme on TV. No fireworks for me and no outing nor duty. So i will be slacking as most Singaporean does on national day. I was tinking it will be nice to go on a short holiday since we have fri,sat and sun. But sad to say, there is exams so not holidays!!
Guess how much does it cost to book a hotel in Mandarin oriental with view of marina bay for national day?

It is so crazy. For just one day of fireworks, i could have use that amount to go to Taiwan for a trip already. I cant imagine how do they spent the $. It really means there are very*10 rich Singaporean or tourist. Swiss hotel ever said that bookings are as early as may. Wow!!

This is the 1st Olympic i stay tune all the way to the end. I was waiting for Singapore team to appear and i was almost going to sleep. Singapore team was led by Lee Jia Hui.This year, 203 countries joined. China spent $40m for the opening ceremony. I was shocked. The fireworks seems like no need $ one. It goes on and on and on. I wish i was there to see it LIVE. Anyway i was really amazed by that part where the passing of the touch. Dramas should really learnt from that director of this event.

Yesterday was this date. 3 incident to report. People rushing to give birth, get married and but toto. Hmmm... as i listen to the news, i was wondering why? Is this the 7th month? So too chinese, 1th month is ghost month. Suppose to be bad for happy occasion such as birth and wedding but many are still on to this day. So i was wondering is the date so powerful to overcome the 7th month? Please tell me your views.
